440 or 442?

Hi Phil,
You asked:

First, how many of the Pops are coming? All of them?
Next, what's your relationship to/with the hosting venue? Who is legally
obligated to fulfill the terms of the contract, or, for that matter,
negotiate them? And who sets the price? You have already offered your
advice. It seems your only other obligation is to appropriately charge
for your time. Frankly, I'm surprised that the Pops contract only asks for
441.

There is/are my inviolable comment(s). Good luck-
