This is a project I've wanted to do with mine for years. At present I use 
those little plastic 3-ring binder magazine holders in nice plastic 
binders, but it isn't satisfactory.

The reason I mention this is that we had a chapter meeting in a local piano 
store that is attached to a book bindery, where they specialize in 
small-run perfect binding for university theses and such. They also make 
cardboard tubes of all sizes, which was quite interesting too. Anyway, when 
I mentioned doing my Journals to the proprietor he indicated that it would 
be about $35 CDN per volume.

I'm seriously considering taking the first complete year I have (1986) in 
and have it done just to see what it's like. If I do I'll post a picture 
and the price.
