Maggie,

I like tool boxes on wheels, too.  But, I just use old fashioned luggage
carts--you know, the kinds folks had before suit cases came with wheels on
them.  I have two different sizes and load up tool boxes, storage boxes or
whatever I need for the job--especially when doing institutional jobs and
I'm a fair distance from where my vehicle is parked.

Also, the bigger cart is good for hauling a piano action around.  I bungee
the action to the cart and just lift and roll it into the back of my van 
(and then secure it in place).
