University Piano Sale--Steinway D and others.

Is this actually a real university piano sale - I mean pianos that are from 
the university - and not some local dealer moving pianos from the warehouse 
and leasing space at the university? Is it possible? I've never heard of 
such a thing. This appears to be un-American.

If so - it figures - bunch of socialist commies in Madison.  Come on - let's 
exploit this thing!  ;-)
