I enter times I'm available and they can go on-line and take one of the slots. This is for studio pianos where they have complete control of the (their own) room. For classrooms etc. I have to go to the Facilities Office and schedule that. =20 dp =20 David M. It's worked "fairly" well, but hasn't been without its problems. Ever heard of it? Only certain people, given the permission, can enter things into it or make changes. We use it for booking the various rooms and recital venues. I ( or the Music Dept.) might also be interested in at least looking at it. Is it automatically set up so that anyone can make changes? If so, that probably won't work for the way we're using it.=20 Avery=20 At 09:27 AM 2/28/05, you wrote: Paul: =20 On our College & University Technicians list the subject of tuning in faculty studios came up.
