Tuning pin and pin block problem

  Bottom cover is a good idea.
  Check if they have new heating-air conditioning
policies on a timer too save money.

  Some churches are hazardous piano environments.
Such a very large expensive heating space used only a
couple days a week. Someone may become motivated to
start really turning the heat down during dormant
days.....as long as the room dosn t freeze.   

   Sometimes all is well for years, and there is 
a sudden change of tuning stability. Upon
investigation
I find out there had been a change in heating
policy for certain days, timed accordingly
automatically.
When The room had been doing yo yo with the piano.
