Inharmonicity factors

No particular reason; I just tried different methods on different pianos as 
I started to use TuneLab.  Some of these numbers might be bad, too, before I 
learned to reject ones that were way off.

I used C1-C6 for a long time, but someone mentioned that sampling wound 
strings in the low tenor can throw off the tuning curve.  This person (I 
forgot who) said that using A1-A6 skips those strings on almost any piano, 
so that's what I use now.
