hammer steaming

Did my first hammer steaming yesterday on a K&C (samick) grand. Hammers were hard as a rock and the tone of the piano was ear splitting. Those babies came right down and sounded sooo much better. The whole procedure took maybe 20 minutes, and the client is thrilled.
