Fallboard screw

It's a machine screw and you'll have to remove the other one and go to a
hardware store and match it. Or, you can suggest the customer do it and
save themselves the one hour plus of your labor.

Subject: Fallboard screw

A customer has a Fischer grand which had a little screw at each end of
the fallboard. These screws must be removed in order to remove the
fall board. One of the screws is missing, and I don't see any like it
in the Schaff catalog. Any suggestions?

Thanks.
