I think that would be whatever you think is fair.  Not likely you will
get an answer to this as markups tend not to be announced to the general
public.  The Schaff catalogue use to suggest that retail prices were
double that of the wholesale prices.  Different people have different
approaches and percentages vary depending on product and service type.
