It's a Schimmel CC 208P Pegasus. The 4-page brochure on it can be found at
http://www.musselwhite.com/pub/piano/schml1.jpg to schml4.jpg . They make
an upright as well in the same model known as the 120P.
My brother works for the Schimmel dealer in Toronto and I believe they have
one there. I could ask about how it tunes if you're interested.
