piano size

South of Fife about three miles, as the crow flies, halfway between downtown
Tacoma and downtown Puyallup, in the country, surrounded by trees.  It's
lovely out here, between freeways, but far enough away that we don't hear
them.

Exactly. Many (and I among them) feel that most halls that exceed 400-500 
seats are too large for ANY piano!

So, I guess if you have a 600 or 800 seat hall you might want to consider a 
ten or twelve foot piano!
