It sounds like its needs work. Any thoughts on what its value might be knowing it might be a big job ahead...Thanks in advance. I am in Canada so am not that familiar with some US brand values. While you are at it..A 5 ft 4" Everett probably 1920's. Appears to have newer hammers and strings. I don't know your level of experience, but something else you might consider: if you're near a really experienced rebuilder, hire him/her for a consultation. If you are a talented hobbyist or less-experienced piano technician, this can be especially valuable. In an hour or so, he/she should be able to give you an overall assessment of the condition, as well as the relative importance of the subsystems. It's difficult (and necessarily incomplete) for us to offer advice on things like bridge pins in isolation from the condition of the rest of the piano. An experienced rebuilder can help with a road map, as well as a feeling for the overall quality of the instrument (and therefore what might be fiscally as well as musically appropriate repairs).
