Hi Jack.
Time out ----- orient.

There is no special tool, other than a bubble gage to directly 
measure the bearing angle. It is not necessary or desirable to lower 
string tension for the adjustment.

Now, what are you planning on adjusting, within what circumstances, 
and why?
