Not necessarily, John. Prion presence in animal bodies
is found maximally in spine, nerve and brain tissues,
secondarily in bone and hide, and tertiarily in
muscle. A batch of glue could, quite literally, have
material from a thousand animals. An average  burger
has DNA from about that many.
