Perhaps that could be "not every customer is worth having more than 
once"... maybe.
It's far more satisfying to "fire" a customer after having done your best 
(and collected) than to let them get away for free, still badmouthing you 
anyway.


Years ago I did a cosmic mini-tech called "Let's NOT Find Out", based on 
the premiss that WE have to set our priorities, and reality windows, and 
balances, and sometimes we just have to say "NO!". The comment cards were 
all over the place, but I had fun! (someone on this list fell asleep.... 
remember?)
