Yeah, for that, I'd charge extra, and it would be more than just a note 
here or there. Conditions in Newport are excellent, and the HVAC is on 
24/7. Otherwise, being on the coast, it would start to smell moldy. And 
neither piano is a dog to tune, or inherently unstable.
