Old upright #52938 and a WEBBER, C. & SON (Bartlett) built from 1902-1912 However, your serial number would predate the 1902-4000 number they give. Under Bartlett there is no reference to the Webber name. Look for a date on the keys, hammers or on the back of the wippen rail. Good luck!
