Accurate cutting strips of cloth for Damper backing

Yes, Ed, I'm sure it will - however I would like to "like" the look of my
handiwork when all is finished and I cannot but think that a torn strip will
exhibit a rather fuzzy edge. Not good enough for this class of piano I
think! I do tear strips when doing a re-bushing job but then the fuzzy edge
helps homogenise the bushing.

      The cloth will tear in a straighter line than you can cut it.
