Nicholson File

A router with a flush trim bit works better and is safer than a belt sander.
I've seen a lot of sides of keys trimmed a little farther than they should
have been.

Better yet, Joe, I"ll expect my check soon...;-]...order the file from Joe
Goss already to go...works great in the notches.   Of course the first
purchase is the 1 inch belt sander for the excess on the sides.    Then you
finish with a file.
