Hinge Help

Happy Valentine's Day to all...!

I'm looking for a hinge that came from a Wurlitzer (Samick) 
Grand..specifically from the music desk. Roger, do you have any hanging 
around you want to throw my way..?!?!?

Its dimensions are 1" wide and 1 3/4" long - 3 holes on either side of 
the hinge.

Schaff doesn't have the exact match - close, but no cigar.

I haven't been to the Home Depots and Lowes yet, but is there a source 
out there that you use for hinges?
