Pinblock not mated to plate flange?  What's your tuning sequence: 
temperament, bass, then treble, or A0 to C8 in one pass?

I've seen condensation on tuning pins at 70% RH; that's got to change. 
100-year-old case parts in high humidity; that can't be good.  Are the 
bridges securely glued?  Bridge pins tight?
