Some years ago, yes. I could get a reasonable selection of Chartpack 
and Letraset from maybe four local sources. Now, they aren't 
available anywhere in town. Maybe it's different where you are. 
Desktop publishing seems to have eliminated a lot of products and 
services in the graphics industry here. That's why I started looking 
for workable alternatives.
