Terry...the G1,G2,G3 series were a cheaper version than the "Conservatory C models. Generally the G series had a much heavier touch than the C series The Cs were a better piano, but cost more. A lot of the G Grands we see now are the Grey market variety. I think that the G1,2,3 series as new pianos were dropped quite a few years ago.
