How about offering to set up a payment plan? At least you might get your money, then, however more slowly than wished....... les bartlett _____ From: pianotech-bounces at ptg.org [mailto:pianotech-bounces at ptg.org] On Behalf Of richard.ucci at att.net Sent: Wednesday, June 14, 2006 7:30 AM To: pianotech at ptg.org Subject: payment List, I finished a rebuild for a woman, end of May. Balance is $2450, she is not comming up with the balance and is not returning calls. When I spoke with her two weeks ago she said she had planned to use her tax refund but that got used for other things. How does one handle this situation? I did take longer to complete the job than I had told her, but that is the nature of the business. In her defense she did not pester me with calls as to when she would have it back.
