I bought one of these tuning hammers a couple of months ago and paid
about $75 for it. :-[ (Blush) It's better than the "student" hammer I
replaced. It is pretty rigid if you don't extend it. But it feels like
it was built by the Russian military. It lacks good fit and finish. The
coarse threaded chuck is hard to work and sticks badly. But that doesn't
really matter because the extension isn't rigid enough so I use it fully
collapsed. I wish I'd passed it by and saved up for a fine lever.
