    I also am an ex wrench (the term now used to describe an auto mechanic) 
and echo the feelings said.  I tell my clients "Tuning pianos is a lot 
cleaner than tuning engines."  Maybe we should start a new list,  "Auto 
Techs, Now Piano Techs."  Another hobby of mine is amateur radio, and I've 
met several other hams/piano technicians......
