Hi Marshall. I retired a couple of years ago from working 35 years with Wisconsin Electric and started a new profession in piano tuning. I turned 62 on March 10th. Don't fret, you still have 20 plus years to perfect your skill. Hang in there. Science was an ok subject in school, Math wasn't at all, but although I struggle with the typo thing, writing and creative writing served me well. I didn't realize how scientific the mechanics of the piano action was until I mentioned swapping actions. Piano work is getting more and more exciting.
