James,

I find it readily available at any woodworking store.  It is reasonably
common for use in finishing.  It's fairly nast stuff, though.  Watcha wanna
use it for?

I believe it is a special order item for a pharmacy.  Your best bet is NOT
to go to a chain store--CVS, etc., but try the more old fashioned,
independent type.  That's where I got mine, anyway.
