CA delivery apparatus

At the hobby store, where I purchase my C/A glue, the have extensions, 
that fit over the end.
They have an extremely small opening in the end, and work well.
Previous to that, I had used a hypodermic, with a small tip.
Would Newton's dripolator idea work?
