The gauge is the size of the needle not the syringe.

Thanks for the lead. How many grams (whatever the 18 gr., 21 gr., 
22gr., etc. refers to) did you get? Any particular reason for that 
choice?

Syringes are measured in cc increments as far as I know, (past Hospital employment.). what's with the gr.??
