I know it's a long history of dissatisfaction with them but why don't they just sell this part of their business to Schaff. Why they continue, year after year, to treat parts and service like a red-headed step child is beyond me! I have always preferred their grands, having owned three including my current SD-10 but I sure can't recommend them anymore. Who wants a piano you can't get parts for? Geeeeeeesh! So, anyway, does anyone have a couple of double bass damper wedges (0244-021254) they'd be willing to sell me for a client of mine.
