I'm not quite sure about your question: double bass damper wedges? The felt dampers? Your shop needs to have damper felt from Schaff, Yamaha, Pianotek etc. in other words a nice pile to choose from. Then you just match what was on the piano.

I know it's a long history of dissatisfaction with them but why don't they just sell this part of their business to Schaff. Why they continue, year after year, to treat parts and service like a red-headed step child is beyond me! I have always preferred their grands, having owned three including my current SD-10 but I sure can't recommend them anymore. Who wants a piano you can't get parts for? Geeeeeeesh!

So, anyway, does anyone have a couple of double bass damper wedges (0244-021254) they'd be willing to sell me for a client of mine. If so, and you're not hoarding, please send me a direct, off-list email. Thanks.
