Broken bass strings.....

    Someone mentioned a flying broken bass string on a Henry F. Miller grand recently.  Well, after 20 years of tuning, and an occasional broken string (but none left the inside of the piano), a bass string broke last week on A HENRY F. MILLER grand AND, wound up ten feet away on the floor.  Do do do do, Do do do do, (twilight zone theme).  Don't you love coincidences?
