How to diagnose YC Expanding Action Brackets

If YOU turned down the let-off dowels a year ago because hammers were blocking, and then are again blocking a year later, I GUARANTEE that the piano has expanding brackets.

      With the hammers blockiing badly after I remembered turning down letoff dowells last summer, led me to be suspicious,  plus there is cracking around several action bracket screws in the keyframe.
