problem learning how to use an insta coiler

Hi Mike,
I'm getting with a tech I know in the area next week and asking him to look over the tool since he uses it for string replacement.  I'm thinking the tool is faulty or the jig held the pins too tight. I put that tuning lever on that thing and it wouldnt budge unless one of us used both hands and pired it.

      Marshall, you might try to have someone familiar with the tool  demonstrate its use to you.  It really does work well, as many have said.
