Ron, When I first looked at that, I thought Whoa! That ought to be confusing to tune! Then I looked a bit closer and lo and behold, it's really quite simple and less confusing than most common varieties! Just tune all of the bottom pins, (with the strip in), and tune the two top rows when doing the unisons.
