voicing tool

It is a 10 oz, 1 1/4" X 4" , rosewood handle with 3 needles.
Someone did tell me that he thought the spacing of the needles was too great for him.

  Who sells the Japanese factory style voicing tool but with lead weights in it?   Pianotek has it but not weighted...maybe I have to add the lead myself?
