It's why I've given up on their > parts. Me too. Long ago. Hand built pianos often require more hand building after delivery. Especially those with perpetually changing specification details. Making them work at the final destination should be warranty work, if dealer prep is nonexistent. Call Kent and present your case. He should at least get the chance to make it right. Ron N
