Hi Ed,

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that it apparently doesn't  
happen on every key - would this necessarily change your assessment?  
The action nor the hammers are particularly worn, and it was  
apparently just regulated. The place that did the regulation seemed  
to be saying they couldn't do anything more (which may very well be  
correct). I have been urged to ask on behalf of the owner, who is  
considering what to do about it.
