Just looked at a Yamaha G2J that is probably headed for a house of worship (that does lots of chamber music!) in Davis, CA.  I encouraged them to have it thoroughly regulated once they take possession.  They need a tech with who is really regulation savvy, a stickler for details and has lots of experience with Yamahas.  This is about the cleanest piano of this age I've even seen.
