Vogel by Schimmel?

I've only serviced one upright Vogel (115cm) and found it to be nicely
balanced tonally and well made. I understand these are built in Poland or
the Czech republic (I can't remember which now).

Certainly gives a Petrof a run for it's money. Big bass for a little piano
too.
