Looks like a great jazz piano! :-)  If you hold the pivot end in a 
large vice, heat the middle to red with a propane torch and twist it 
back you will have no problem.  You can fine-tune it with a large 
hammer on the anvil.  Let it cool in the air; don't quench it.
