Tom, Do you know which Loctite product you tried? There are a dizzying number of products in the Loctite range, all designed for different tasks. Just searching the cyanoacrylates at http://www.loctite.com/int_henkel/loctite_us/index.cfm?verityspider=0&layout=4&productline=OEM6010&path=Assembly%20Products|Bonding|Cyanoacrylate%20Adhesives it looks like you could try 401, 403, 406, 408 or perhaps 412 through to 420? Surely one of them must be OK............ I was sure that people have mentioned using Loctite products for pin-blocks, but a quick archive search didn't turn up any product numbers.
