For me, the exact procedures depend on what the piano needs the most. What will make the most improvement for the time allowed? On a grand, hammer filing, blow distance, rep lever height, let off, springs and drop are usually my first priorities. If the voicing is terrible, that might take priority. I'll let customer input decide for me as well.
