Bluthner grand info

I would like to make an inquiry on the value of a Bluthner grand.

Built in 1920
About 7' length
Ebony
Round legs
4 strings per not in the treble. The 4th string is on an independent bridge.
Open pin block is covered with a brass plate.
Sectional rim with square tail, (not a continuous rim from a modern-type press).
couple nominal cracks in the board. Could probably be repaired rather than replaced.
No visible bridge cracks.
Action is original but in reasonable condition for it's age.
Finish is fair.

The owner wants to know what it's worth as well as some estimates on rebuilding it. I have my own ideas of what I'd charge to perform the rebuilding but I'm not certain what it is worth over all. Having four treble strings certainly makes it unique and it would probably be a fine instrument when completely rebuilt. I imagine the rebuilt retail would be quite hefty.

Any serious estimates appreciated.

Thanks,
