Five Golden Strings

 Love the irony, a positive sounding statement to
the public that we know is negative.....

 Gold painted strings come to mind, ...yuk.

Also the image of a piano with only five shinny
bass strings staring at you, recently replaced,
the rest rusted out, threatening breakage.
