Building several long bridges this week in the shop - just thought I'd share a few pics of the process. These are continuous-lamination bridges (no laminations terminate at doglegs). Preparing the forms: Placing wet-noodle-like laminations (with glue applied - YUK!) in form: Clamp it!: Next week I start on orders for eight soundboard panels and rib sets. The fun just doesn't stop! This is way better than working in a cubicle!
