Question about baby grand

A) NOTHING smaller than 5' and preferably at least 5'5"
B) Yamaha GB-1, maybe (NOT GA-1) or comparable K Kawai (I'm learnin', I'm learnin')
C) Might take a look at the Fandrich pianos -- very nice, or the Walter
D) Rumor has it that Kawai is out with a new 56 foot grand.

I have a customer who is interested in purchasing a baby grand (a 4’ to 5’) for his church.  Space in the location where the piano will go is minimal.  What would be your recommendation?
