Never, never, never use the customers bathroom. I was taught this by Doug Neal back at Western Iowa tech. I learned it early and have largely followed it. On occasion, I have had to violate this, though I have found by careful planning, it can largely be avoided. About 10 years ago, I was out in the boonies tuning on a bunch of farms, 1 1/2 hours from home. I was 30 minutes from the nearest town. I tuned for a new customer in a new home. It was tidy, clean and orderly. I had held out as long as possible but after most of the day tuning on farms, the inevitable approached. I finally asked to use the bathroom. She looked uneasy but pointed to the room down the hall. I went into the bathroom but had to bulldoze my way through 4 feet of dirty laundry piled high, to access the toilet. She had apparently thrown everything into the bathroom for a quick clean, and when I asked to use it, the secret was out. I've also never been back. Just curious what the reason is??? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
